Even the best planned child care arrangements can be disrupted from time to time. If your child is sick or your provider is unavailable (due to illness or vacation), our office can assist you through our Emergency Back-Up Care Program offered through ACI Specialty Benefits.
*Faculty are also eligible for our Emergency and Back-Up Child Care for Faculty Program.
Learn About This Service
We partner with ACI, a company that provides back-up care referrals locally for benefits eligible staff & faculty. ACI will refer you to selected in-home agencies, centers and family child care homes that provide back-up care. Subsidies are available to help pay for back-up care.

The ACI Emergency and Back-Up Care Reimbursement program helps offset the cost of emergency care obtained through ACI referral by reimbursing up to a maximum of $160 total per year. Learn more about reimbursement here.
